Founded in 1996
On Time Mailing was established in 1996 as an independent direct mail and fulfillment company, committed to supporting small to mid-size marketing programs who were often underserved. By the end of our first year, our monthly mailings had nearly doubled – from 250,000 pieces to over 400,000 – and we knew we had hit on an important niche. It was a segment we would expand upon two years later when we responded to client interest in the loyalty and membership card markets, establishing On Time Plastic Imaging in 1998.
In 2004, we moved into a brand new state of the art facility and upgraded our capital equipment and systems technology, incorporating direct mail fulfillment and plastic card personalization under one roof. We were able to offer robust services including card personalization, camera match card affixing, insertion, fulfillment and mailing. We later merged our two divisions and became OnTime Companies.
Print services were added in 2010 to compliment our client’s requests for a one-stop shopping experience; to streamline the production and management process and minimize the potential for errors inherent with multiple vendors.
